Stay less aggresive and be more logical on what you say. He is not obliged to explain why his server is look like that if you dont like it dont play.

The smudge and the lighting is great. You could also do your text more visional and increase the "pt's" (size). Moreover, you could dodge your render a bit in his hands face and etc. In overall, is good.
