If you are going to make these accusations, you should give some reasons or examples why you think this server is corrupt and what files are bad. I have never played this server, but I know it was popular at some point.

How is it a scam if it is free? The difference between L2off and L2j was important many years ago. Today, L2j is just as good and does not matter to players..

This is stupid advice. 1. What if "author" dies? 2. What if "author" stops responding/updating your files? "Author" has no motivation to continue fixes/updates since he already has your money. Only more money will work. MAYBE... 3. Admin needs to rely on "author" for fixes and updates when "author" feels like doing them = Admin is a slave to "author". Only a pack with source puts Admin in total control of his own server. Not what this fool is saying.

You are not going to find anything "impressive" for free. Anything free will not have a source code and need mods. Better to buy a good pack with source. You will still need mods.. but in the end it will be cheaper, edited to your preferences, and completely yours.

Typically, the lower the rate the fewer customs players want. Maybe there are players wanting a custom 1x. I promise you this.. I will at least try your server. Good Luck. Also, if server is not LIVE post should be in [Previews] L2 Private Servers

1x server with 5 hour buffs, 10 boxes, and max enchant +25? It seems you took a high rate PVP server files and only changed the xp rate to 1x. I wish you Good Luck with this concept.
