I would say that giran harbor is a custom farm zones.. only on some srvs there are mobs there.

Ig your an arbalester the best farm spot for me is FPcatacombs. i got mw dina set, arbalester lvl 84? exp is slow but in a week you can get about 50-60kk which is a nice profit.
