- New Item handler (Invisible Hat)

- Limited duration

- Inivisible effect works if player wear hat

- player have to wait XX min to be able to wear hat once again.

If we will change 20min for 30s and add reuse time, it will be usefull potion, exclusive stuff from server, obtained from RB's, Mini RB's or Mobs :)
