yeah smartass, but in Counter Strike when in Saver Mode i got 30-50FPS but before windows 10 change this option itself, i had 160-200FPS! which is a big drop! Internet connection cant drop your FPS, but you can give you spikes/lag!!! Have you tried to check option shown in the video?
