Yeah dude, most of them hitting 3-4 arrows, they see they miss, so they try to run and im using lure to bring them back, i dont think this skill is useless.

u are talking about L2Off propably..

they have heal its not useless you just need to shoot the guy who are in pvp :D

 

Answer this:

What's more useful: An sps and a user hitting him with a bow to heal a small ammount, or an sps and another sps PVPing?

Lure is a pve skill. It doesn't work on pvp.

Your server probably has it bugged.

 

It normally works on mobs only. It was the same in Interlude on all L2OFF servers I had played back then. (Roxy, Wrath, Elixir)
