So i found in internet a very usefull L2 Tool.

So what it Does?

You pic the class you want..You put the items that this class want to wear....

You pic Skills how many ++ you want the gear to be, you pick dyes and Clan skills

And you can see the stats that class can have these you out.. So it is helpfull to create a balance
