right click on the build.xml, not the folder :)

But there is not build.xml file in the folders (i checked most of them but not all :S) I only see that file (buld.xml) in the SVN, but i can't checkout it :S :( :(

Try once again to checkout all files from SVN.

I've done it few times, but the build.xml file is not in a folder and when i click on it i don't see "Checkout" option :S I try it on 2 PCs :S

Edit > Im done :) I was downloading the folders in the main folder, when i tried to DW the main folder everything went OK :)

there is no "checkout" option when you click on build.xml.

that option appear when you go to SVN Repositories, you should have there 2 SVN link's right click on one of those two svn links and then you see that checkout option.

 

Read the guide again, more simple than this can't be.
