not worth time creating such system reasons it can be done easy in java, using the api of topsites

Its no free devs left. Also web system can be used in any server and easier to add remove topsites

I got before good one but dev don't work any more :/

Come skype, i'll give you mine for free no need buy such a system when java is faster way.
