Help l2jfrozen db problem

WHY ??? i have worked 2 days for nothing ? now i have to add the npc's again?...i did nothing but restart my pc and now this...

 

and i can't create any connection anymore

open task manager > Services >Find mySQL And Run it

Then you have your answer. Most likely the MySQL service is off, so you can't connect.

You have to enable it. If you don't know how, google it. Still can't do it, reinstall MySQL and don't dare to uncheck 'start service on startup'.

There is no chance you have installed MySQL and not appear as service. You probably checked in processes. Mysql is stopped in "services", make sure to right click and run it. If it's really not appear then reconfigure mysql instance

Fixed...Started it from xamp.

if you run xampp control panel with administrative priviledges you can stop the service if is started and then check startup start check so it will be run every time your computer starts automatically.
