I wouldn't suggest you to find a partner. Mostly because everyone just care to be GM and do nothing.

Also mobius is noobish project and sunrise is just l2j with community board.

You're a fail developer nothing more. 

L2j is by far better than your project. Even tryskell that 4 years now just rename classes has the dignity to ignore people and no trash talk and throw -1 to anyone who tell him anything bad.
