Don't know exactly why that happens, pretty funny tho.

Well as a first step replace the interface.xdat (system folder) with the retail one.

I suspect a bug in the update panel. You can tell which method is invoked update panel.

Verify with L2PHX if you got the packet everytime or not, and if yes if the packet is full.

gameserver.network.clientpackets : RequestShortCutReg,java RequestShortCutDel.java

 

gameserver.network.serverpackets: ShortCutInit.java, ShortCutRegister.java

 

upload those on pastebin lets see what is going on. the problem may be everywhere,  something is going on with register-storage-delete or visual(packets)

 

but we must see the code.
