I have nothing against the people trying to make a new servers, and honestly, I don't see how the free-hosting makes any server bad. Also, who is this "competent" guy, who is supposed to decide if the servers are good or not? :D

create  2 private sections.

1)all server

2)Serius server

 

and how to promote a server to section 2? if server is alive for 1 month promote him.

 

knowdays most server is alive for 1-2 weeks most.

well in knowdays you can't open a server from your home(if someone think to open home made server is idiot).

if someone create something good they will ddos him for sure..so server qq.
