Hello, maybe someone played this server, and seen some intrested features, how much could cost to make like this L2Legacy server ?

That's not his owner. The owner was Dumanist and 1sttodie, outlow was just doing nothing there, that's why he share them for free + they are infected and backdoored. Good luck :)
