I already proved maxtor i didnt scam with photos of refund the ban remain for spam. (no like u care)

hello good I've been here for a while and a guy wrote that I'm a scammer without proof and I've never had a problem with any buyer but I just get a bad reputation.

Those screenshots are clear. You tried scamming. There is no reason for you to not using middleman as seller for safety deal.

Now let me explain to you how this works as you are probably an unexperienced person business wise.

 

The goods to be listed in my selling order do belong to me and not anyone else.

Therefore i am the only person to determine the way those goods will be used ( including transferred, moved to another location, etc. ). The only scenario i lose this right of determination or someone else except me gains this right is the result of a valid agreement including me as obligatory party and someone else upon the permission of my own.  ( which is, for example, an agreement of how the trade and exchange is done )

 

Seconding this is the undisputable fact that no one, in the world of real business personalities have the right to accuse someone else of any illegal conduct without any solid proof or conclusive and undisputable evidence.

 

This is not even to mention the fact there is not even a single word in the rules of this current resource which settles the obligatory way of doing trades. Using a third party is at maximum a recommended form but not anyhow a mandatory way of keeping the business up.

 

 

In the real life in a developed country the stuff done by you and Saggi Tarius could already be something to easily become legally persecuted. All that remains on an internet website is to just prove that we had no deal and Saggi Tarius tried to blackmail me as an attempt to force the deal on his own terms (that's what i have done with screenshots attached) and to report your activity as spamming.

 

Im done with lessons for today, hopes skyrocketing those made are learnt.

hahaha nice monolog, if you are clear you can send items first and then i pay, or if your buyer want to feel safety, you should use middleman. That's all.
