Why not ? Knowledge is free for everyone who want to learn, it did not cost me anything to learn so i will not charge anyone a penny for showing/teaching/helping/supporting.

Soon some new uploads will be set.

A russian ACP that the project got abandoned. And now some random people are trying to sell it.

Not fair for those who payed & to see such amazing work available to all "kids"...

Why are you afraid of kids? They couldn't do anything worthy. And if they would, some of them might upload it for free as well. Better have 95% / 5% shitty/worth opened code, then doesn't have it at all, no? 

I've started contributing L2 C1 code, mainly because of L2 community (xeL, smeli, Outlaw who played on my server :D  and other). Would you like to see it closed in private repo and being available for purchase only? 

 

Amazing work should be available for everyone. And only amazing team might create amazing server, all other will create one-week servers, but learn something.

Because people who didn't spend a single penny will get access to such hard worked project. Then we will see tons of new server using those sources from people without knowledge & they will destroy even more the rest of L2 community. And the worst thing is probably that it will be those kids that will put & earn donations.

Those sources are precious and extremely powerful, so yeah it should be purchase only... It's sad that so much guys are now selling it and it should have remain very closed.

hi,

after long long time and very much trying/testing ive got the server running and can connect.

But when i want to create a Character, i get the message "This Name already exist" and the cachedD write something from Error 42000 lin_GetUserDataByCharId wasnt found.

Can some1 Help plz?

I already tryed to Reinstall / Import SQL files but it doesnt work. And i have to say that i get on some files some errors or warning when i import the sql files.

i also tryed other use with other user rights but same error...

Without knowing the chronicle, server pack or datapack, I can say it looks like your sql files are missing some parts. You should look for some better sql files.

hi, its interlude and i also think its the sql. i tryed now .sql files from 2 different server files and also the depmax64 trail sql files didnt work without errors :(

ok, i have taken a look into the lin2db.sql and i cant find the command create lin_GetUserDataByCharId ...so i think its simply missing..

can some1 send me working sql files?

 

edit: i saw its in lin2world.sql, but i cant get it running anyway :(

    • ZonePvPSpawnBossRadio=0 ZonePvPSpawnBossBarakiel=0 at the Customs.ini in L2Server folder. Im prety sure this is it because i had the same problem with you in cruma 1 floor for example and i couldn't fix it but i fixed it finally by changing these 2 lines
