loool!this is not overbuffing.... look at his pvps its not possible to make all these .. he is just admin or gm and he can change his stats and write whatever he wants.. i was a GM once and and i have seen this option ffs my friend u cant fool us thats why he didnt write the way he got overbuffed ;)  BUSTED!!!!

that amount of kills = highly unlikely that its legit.

Probably admin/gm or has gear thats giving him those stats.

No i will unlock it.The reason is that this exploit works, with amped 150, at l2off. With the same way you can dupe things. I dont know the way, so dont ask me, but this is confirmed that works on most l2off servers.

Just sending with auto the packet of the buffer i do in infinity skills but now u need pay for buffs and u need much adena to do it.
