Help Bypass Validation Or?

Hello mxc for 1 more time.. i want ask for 1 "problem" of i have.

 

For example sometimes when i talk to 1 npc and i press  number 1 button and after i press number 2 button nothing happend. and if i press again the number 2 button after 2-3 sec all are ok. 

Anyone know what is this and how i can fix it?

if someone needs more explain i can give teamviewer for check it.

 

PS: is not lag :D

this occur in some npcs and in community board. i use l2j ct2.5 sources

FloodProtectorServerBypassInterval = 5   i found this but 5 for example is in seconds?  if i change to this: FloodProtectorServerBypassInterval = 0 thats mean is disabled?  you know where is inside source this flood protection? (i ask for make one exception for some of npc's)
