Besides if you want " balance " good luck ! There is no such thing. One class will definitely be stronger than most or some, whatever you try to do. Instead of nerfing classes boost others so then every class has something to say in pvp.

I've already answered that above. I know that we can't "balance" all classes, it's impossible.

L2Legendary new season is starting on 12/10 at 19:00 GMT+3!
Here is a small preview of what we have changed, more updates are coming so check this topic later!

- New enchant rates:

Safe: +6
Normal Max: +15
Crystal Max: +16
Normal Scroll Chance: 70% 
Blessed Scroll Chance: 100%
Crystal Scroll Chance: 50% (15 to 16)

- New Protection:

Anti PHX Protection added.

- Class Balanced 100%:

We reworked all classes, one by one, using our custom formula. We tested each class against all other classes, and we believe that now we found the perfect combination. 
- Mages slightly nurfed.
- Daggers slightly boosted.
- Tyrants slightly nurfed.
- Archers slightly boosted.

- Changes on LS/BOG/Blessed Scrolls:

Book of Giants deleted from shop. You can get them only from olympiad or raid bosses.
Top Lifestones removed from shop. You can get them only from Raid Bosses and Tyrannosaurus in PI. Their chance increased to 30%.
High Lifestones are droppable in farm zones, and their chance decreased to 5%.

- New prices on shop:

Event coins can be used to buy accessories, striders, olympiad weapons and more!

- Events changed:

1 event per hour, with different rewards.

- New NPCs and Vote Reward Manager added:
 





- New custom commands:

i will be on too, with my clan(rl friends) btw gl and dont fail because we are searching days for a strong server to stay days,weeks and i wish for months! GL

non custom servers are always best than customs .

 

about balance, in non custom server is easier to make a normal balance without something extension

to the other side with custom its hard to balance the classes because you have got extra items and that items gonna give extra stats

 

so guys keep up with non customs for interlude,cause interlude gonna die with customs without hard work on balance

and hi5s are balance 99 or 100% sure

 

thats all about balance anyway doesnt matter GL Frank

Also, with top LS havin only 30% to drop by a hard mob is lame. I,an average player,would prefer farm areas with much easier mobs even if chance to drop is 5% and its high grade.

Not really I had lot of top LS for few hours, there was nothing hard to get them. The main reason, because people left was mage's dmg and because it was hard to enchant.

But after it's fixed I guess everything will be ok.

About TOP LS, they are all droppable from raid bosses, grand bosses and tyrannosaurus on PI (like old times). It's not that hard to find them but it's not easy as well, since we don't have custom things we prefer focus on retail ones.

About HIGH LS, they are droppable on PI too. However they have 5% chance.
