Use l2jserver it's the best imo.

 

+1 to andre, l2j is free and its updated weekly. use that, remember not to use beta hi5 but stable ! and start working. But if you want to splash so cash for a random hi5 pack, scripts would be probably the best idea, the rest I wouldn't advise you at all!

 

 

Basically if you have good knowledge about java

 

pick l2j stable version

 

if not get scripts

 

simple.
