We thought of encreasing enchant rates a bit ( not to 100% ) but something like 66% normal and 76% blessed ( and not go to 0 ).

well its not good idea to incrase enchant rate : p

Its more fun and much better if it gona be long term server to get +++ items. its annoying to see ppl with max gear in 1 day

Oke thanks for your opinion.

We all know that the boring thing on a pvp server is to Farm endless hours to get basic equipment.As long as the equipment will be for free on l2pegasus you will not need to farm.

But you will need to co-operate and kill rb's on TOI or complete achievements or join events to get blesed scrolls and others.

That will also keep balance on server since there will not be over enchant items and skills.
