Hello, I'm not coding the websites myself and I don't know if websites can be coded (responsively) from PSD.

I'm doing this because some people may have a small monitor and 1024 will appear on every monitor correctly.

They can if you resize them x3-4 for each monitor standard. another way is css only if the template is simple and does not require images. and the third way which i am not so sure is illustration since its allow easy re-sizing

Yes, thats why I said I dont know if it can be done from PSD, usually lineage 2 websites contain lots of images.. so it will more difficult to be responsive.
