You create wrong database in your Navicat....Conection Localhost-create new database with name (L2ps).

After rerun it.

I download compield pack and the skills/buffs work fine.

Some SQLs missing/some monsters not spawned in all areas(missing npcs)/vote reward(Hopzone work propetly/Topzone error).

With some work this pack will be cool for starters.
