He does not say which kinda work is he needing to be done by the dev, if it's for a server, for a l2j project, chronicle, etc etc etc

Just saying that he could give more info about it and much people would know if they are interested in PM him or not, lol.  :LOL:

consider that its hard to find for free this services and after all there is guides for all this so you can make them all for free and by your self and as you like them to be, if you dont understand me now you will later when you learn more about how easy all this is :)

You don't need a L2J developer, you need someone who can read and understand what he read.

 

See L2Jwiki (google) for regular installation, then L2JFrozen forums (google) where you probably will find tutorials (search option or read stickied topics).
