He talks about a customized zone wich change your name (into a random one = sart65w3t) also if you are in a clan, the crest will dissapear.

If you know the L2java  zone ( if i remind well). So a script wich changes the players name, don't allow them to party and delete theyr crests for FULL PVP :D
