that kind of -1 (even if the excuse ''spamming'' is fake cuz i mocked him) isnt allowed from vip/legendary members, only  staffers can judge who deserve -1 or not

i dont know about that let the mod to check it... so i know that only vips and staffers can change the karma.. if i have that right why i cant use it ?... (IF have important reason)

so cuz im vip and cuz a random dude mocked me i have to start the -1 right? there are tons of spamm  have u see any vip/legendary member to dekarma ppl? NO they reporting it.

He make really awesome singatures for people!
