I have to partly disagree, some people in here are experienced in l2j but they just dont want to contribute for x,y reasons.

 

Moreover, choosing the person to develop your server is clearly your own fault.

You could either test him with basic l2j knowledge before you even continue working with that guy.

As a matter of fact i am one of those guys and the reason i don't provide any codes around here is because they will abuse it for money while i share it for free.
