I can see max 3 guys of them who are developers and not wannabe.

(I know that there are gm(s)/supporters too,but who is gonna create the files(?),IL is the most buggy client and if you wanna something fast(at least in 1-2 months from now),you'll need at LEAST 5 people(skilled guys) and of course many testers.

 

care maxtor,don't let some kids/wannabe(s) ruin what you're willin' to do.

 

test them before you take 'em in your team,or let someone else do it(test thingy)
