PS: What kind of compiler version are you using? lol, i cannot reproduce the issue. It's illogical to throw a compilation error, if BallsofSteel implements GG, or i need more coffee, cause i cant figure out whats the matter with the code at hand. LOL

eclipse would show that as an error

or the error should be, cause it's like

 

parent e=new BallsOfSteel();

 

casting it to ballsofsteel or gg fixed the problem, and i guess that should be the cause of the error

well, it dont yet know how to work around with static classes, have to experience an example of my own :P

Can't you take a interlude project that is quite good to start on

and downgrade?
