I got one capsule yesterday and it dropped 5 key fragments and a champion shard ( Zilean -_- ) it's better than the honor level 1 ;p you only get 1 or 2 key fragments

something is wrong, even with honor 4 i geting still 1-2 keys ;D

Dunno, i think it's based on your wins/ champion ranks/ honors you get, because the days i got the honor capsules i was playing solo and i was 2 times most honorable member and every time i had at least 1 honor per game and also i was playing to get hextech chests so i had a lot of A/S (S-/S+). The last 2 days i play with premades only and i only got today a key fragment  :poker face:
