I think there is an infinite difference between covers and contents.

I'll make it quicky, in a few words. When it will be stable, it may have a chance. They're working randomly, we have to influence people towards quality. Frozen is one of the reasons that l2j has a low reputation. If you're a real Lineage 2 Player, you should know that no one wants to hear about l2j. There are too many servers/projects without any purpose or brains.

As I said back then, it's about BSS. Well, !skill.isStatic() should be added for BSS check in java, somewhere in L2Character, I can't remember exactly.
