    I think, you won't find ready XMLs with set up buff time such like 3h. Also here I leave skills under freya, because I gave you under interlude. Maybe you need it :P CLICK

    Download SkillXML. Paste SkillXML with .txt file into gameserver\data\stats\skills --> run program --> load .txt file --> put time in [sec] --> proceed ;)
