Just search over Eclipse for "addReputationScore" / "setReputationScore" / "ReputationScore" and you will see what is the correct method. As I see it's correct method, so there shouldn't be any error. Anyway, post the error/screen here or create new topic in request help, as you wish.

You mean, there is a defined list with gm char names and if there is other name with gm access which isnt in the list, he get kicked and baned (configurable)?

Does your AQ is equipped? Maybe that's the case, you can't exchange the equipped thing. :P Also, dunno if dat does matter, but as I see on the svn first goes count and then the ID <production count="1" id="357" /> So, if the unequip doesn't works, try to change the places like in the example.
