If you make for example 3 categories (1, 2 and 3) so 3 items will be dropped. If you add 3 items with the same category number, so its gonna drop 1 randomly item from that category.

Not used it, nor checked the code, but the Rank System may refer to few options, like top pvp/pk. So, you can just enable for example JUST pk list, so the check is correct.
