read error Exception in thread "main" java.lang.Error: Failed to Load ./config/other.proper ties File. you set something wrong in other.propeties possible you give more numbers or write something bad and you get this error .

open rates.propeties find this line : RateRaidDropItems = 50. change it for this : RateRaidDropItems = 1. now should drop normal .

Hello, better and more effective way is to add your own code java by eclipse . About program i never seen one that would give protection against L2Walker .
