better way is just to shutdown server and boot it in gm only mode. noob players could just login and start shouting 'wtf is happening at this bugland' (worst scenario). mine verdict: useless.

This is Freya server. You need Freya client and system folder with correct client protocol version in order to connect. Suggestion: search for systems, try other Freya server systems and try to login to your server. Do not forget to look at IP and ports configuration.

Try to enable/disable GPU animation (enable if your PC has low amount of RAM/big amount of video card memory). Also, if you're playing on disabled Low Graphics option, disable shadows, ground details, rendering distance. If nothing helps, decrease your resolution. Defragment your HDD, cleanly reinstall your Windows, update all drivers. As Apophis mentioned, hardware can also improve your graphics. SSD drive dramatically improves texture loadtime, so you may win some time after doing teleports/launching skills/etc. You may also want to update your RAM modules (DDR2->DDR3 or newer, i don't know newest model). CPU also increases performance drastically.

there are many things that need to be reworked on l2j and that things can't be reworked because if you want to change something, you need to change many things in other classes. so, new l2jfree is, in fact, a big rework. anyway, i wish team good luck and inspiration, provide us a good stable and unique pack. let there be three platforms - l2jserver, l2dream and brand new l2jfree genesis.

you think it is that easy: take files and go? hell no. you can take gracia final l2off for free and it still will be not for free - you need to buy extender from fred or xmanton or your server will be crashed in 5 minutes. or go to ncsoft headquarters with ak47 and try to "buy" files :D
