imo it is not worth to try to make GOD for now, while PTS is not live on NA, because you will still need to rework many things when NA will be launched, KR and NA clients are different as day and night :)

L2Nextgen can't be solded, i had been customer month ago. It costs 300$ for first month and 90$ for monthly updates. First, they do not give source. Second, they give license file l2nextgen.omg with IP address encoded, so if you will try to run server with this license on other IP, it will shutdown after 2 minutes. Same without license. Bloodshed does not allow to sell it. There are one revision that leaked, then shared by nextgen without cracks, you can find it on la2base or same other portals, but it is buggy as hell and does not contain aerial cleft ant many of features. Don't get scammed!

Leaked, not released :) IMO L2DC do not release that unstable pack, it blows reputation :) However, that pack was an best one Epilogue pack at his time. Also, many things taken from it and fitted on other packs.

Everything is taken from L2SUPPORT.lt, he even do not reuploaded :) This is not him collection, but, however, good job in collecting links.

true, rpg uses modded l2.exe, with original you can't target anything and so something else (can't remember, but i think you can't start any shop, maybe i am wrong) so, we need to make dll who can bypass original l2.exe protections
