k4rmarrows gave nice suggestions but in my opinion it's better don't give items to ur clan members u have to help them ofc but if u give items for sure u will have ppl that join,take items and leave. another suggestion it's to use some programs like teamspeak (obviously) to create a good union in clan and for a better organization in sieges and pvp.

depends by the server where u play anyway i suppose place like cata or necropolis have some rooms empty or u can try forest of mirror

good guide well maked but i think after c4 it's usefull use too much sleep cause from c5 it land very slow and for a sph it's very very slow :/

well the choice is simple xp sp3 or its better w8 for windows 7 it seems vista without problems.
