lol maybe,but before close ncsoft have to find them don't believe that ncsoft programmers are the best in the world if a owner of a private server is just a little smart make his servers secure and untouchable in some part of the world where none will find it like ucrain or similar ^^ so maybe ncsoft wanna close everyserver but....ncsoft isn't a god some server will remain open. and do u think ncsoft have the time,money,ability and the capacity to close all server in the world?they are working on the new chronicle,on aion....pff when ncsoft will start to control the world i'll start to believe they can close all server :D

middle rate something like 15-30x it's perfect, in high rate u don't discover nothing of l2 just how use skill :/ there are ppl in high rate that buy all in gm shops and when go in a middle rate don't know nothing of l2 :D

well i think they are the same but it can depends server by server in my server long time ago i heard shining without SA was the same of a draconic...this was fixed and now they are the same

yes it isn't so important but if u have the chance to use a dagger enchanted why not? :D the enchant doesn't affected the chance of blow but it's nice have a oe dagger so u can use it in pve too

i think,like everyone of u, that probably drake need a lot of time to move on hellbound as he did for interlude.about bugs drake is slowly yes but i know he is a good programmator (i helped during the test server of interlude) and the bugs find by me and by other ppl working on test were fixed,i know there are already a lot of bugs but there are any server where the bugs are for sure more than on dn...and anyway drake is still working on it so in few words i think we probably will see hellbound very late but i think with not many bugs

in my server to craft pots in ivory u need ee/se/bp (as every1 here said) and herbs for mana drugs i suppose only mana herbs but it's a custom thing so it can be different just try found the npc and see he will tell u what is necessary

yes black judge in hardisan and beehive (the npc for pk quest)

everyone said the base equipment for a sorceress but it depends a bit from ur server in ur server u saw sorceress in nm robe it's a nice way to equip but i prefer dc and +4 wit -4 men and +1wit -1 men (+4 con - 4 str ofc) less m atk but more casting and more m def with +4 int +4 wit -men u are a pve war machine but in pvp few m def debuff land very well on u :)

depends how much ppl are online or how much l2 client i open simultanely :D anyway with a middle population of server and just 1 account opened 2-3 seconds
