u need the dual coz it have the sa that give u 50% of cp or similar when u unequip it ur cp goes 4k/2k as he said in the guide so npc count that u have a lot of cp,more than ur enemy and u win the match,i dunno if i explain very well anyway the guide was very clear and good,but if i'll try on my server i will be banned for sure :D

do u means what is the best to lvl or the best one for level another char? if it's the first one i started a pp and a th together and they exp perfectly in C equil until lvl 61 after i dunno coz i started to use them manually,if it's the second one i think a mage,necro,sps or sorceress that should be the best one coz he do more damage on mob

if u know how play high rate are very usefull coz a lot of ppl cannot spent a lot of time in low but the high rate have a lot of noobs that dunno play so better low rate server in my opinion

yeah mrbogus is right i made a lot of train on dn when we coul use wall exploit and using aqua splash there were about 3-4 critical in 15 hit,so not critical for all

i think depend by your team too coz if u play with buff:with a pp or a bd i think cd is absolutely perfect instead if u don't have everytime a good supporter haste for sure
