Server is okay but it could be a better. It goes without saying that its the best Interlude High Rate with Customs right now, however it needs some fixes here and there. Also, custom's stats need to be tweaked a little bit. I get 8 more p.attack with draconic armor than with the whisper light set. Population is fine and there's all the time PvP, however clans need more to farm for and also players need a way to get their hand on blessed scrolls. 3 Bosses are not enough definitely. We need more. Join the server, its generaly very good.
