Arbalest problem is half shoot range and half patk of her crosbows if you compare it with bows. Also I cant forgot to low CON so less HP, weak stun resist etc. Yea it sux pro thing should be debuff what make target more vulnerable for archer dmg so its good support for archer party > Until Gracia deflect arrow didnt work on shots from crossbows Hope it helped you
