you mean with frenzy? It was C5 plus nerfed (less % patk bonus from this skill :))

bullshits True is that necromancer is past C4 nerfed but still its best char for gangs, small pvps in the field when people just dont have whole fullbuffs(so divine protection, holy resistance, song of invocation ..). Summon, overpowered anchor land rate, decent dmg from nukes. so stfu with "in IL necro become a super debuffer/summoner" you mean skill reuse? it depends on casting speed so its solved.
