    .java you can modify via eclipse .class its just compiled .java files you cant edit them..

    Create your file .java in voicedcommandhandlers and put there your bypasses if you want to use it like a menu.. Then add html part without objectid and in you bypass use your voiced bypass like bypass voiced_hello
