Farmzones are fail.Well,with that kind of "names",noone can take seriously the job/time which u spent into it but anyway.... Btw,1km away each mob (in half of the areas) and they drop 4 /7-10.Refine first stage armor =12k. So,u have to enchant the armor +weapon and later on refine it.
