you can remove only "effects" not snow textures.

it's just effects, you just need to know which emitters do snow effects. Just move them (Z-axis), or disable via L2pe, simple stuff :D For 23_14 Emitters: 27,44,43,30,31,36,24,29,32,33,34,39,28,26,42,41,45,38,25,23,22,21,37
