Seems like clan halls not exist in C4 Rune map. all rooms are empty. what you can do is to use map from higher chronicles, if you need clan halls.

dunno man, i installed files into clean IL client, after that replaced map with fix, and everything works perfect as you can see on my video which i posted here.
