Mid rate with no customs.

Maybe some little,too little or anything.

 

About significantly customs/no customs :

low rate : no customs ofc.

mid rate : no customs or some.

high rate : customs otherwise for me the game will become boring in 2 weeks or some days...

freya 15x no customs, BUT

there are already 10-40 servers like that one out there...

so u will not survive... all players will leave after 2 weeks because there will be a clan stronger than them etc etc etc.

if u go for low/mid rate u need a pretty active and big team to support it so as players to stick with u (maybe a 7-8x server will keep more players)

more or less whatever u do u wont have many ppl in because of the alternatives out there...

all in all if u just want to try something just go for a 15x server

i don't play l2 these days (i play dota with friends),but i missed l2 a bit ,but it's boring without friends .if some friends would start l2 ,i would choose a high rate without customs,because we have played low rate servers and they were asking all the time .vote to highrate no customs
