Personally i would play a IL srv like many other ppl.. but there are a lot of ppl that would play EP too.. and freya( i don't know if they are much).

px me would play in IL high rate with customs,but in gracia low rate w/o customs and in HB pvp w/o customs

High Rate - No custom armors and Items,but can be Custom Zones whit RB spawn's... whit a good spawn time like 3-4 h i dont know.. there will be MPVP ;)),
