I'd go for Normal NPC , but don't just use the standart NPCs that everybody uses , gracia final and epilogue both got some pretty damn good-looking NPCs , search for them and then use them .

Imo depends on the style of the server..Both of ehm are attractive on different rates etc

normal npcs cause if they are like players they confuse you. but i prefer GM shop to be Anakim :)
